I am a junior at Barnard College studying Political Science and Human Rights planning on pursuing law school in the future. I am passionate about international human rights law, with a focus on immigration, education, and women's rights. Arthur Hoefliger is a senior at Columbia dual majoring in Economics and Political Science. He is a Pritzker-Pucker Congressional Policy Fellow and serves as Chair of the fellowship. Arthur served multiple roles at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), supporting CFR’s development and Studies departments. Prior to his time at the Council, Arthur served in legal and Congressional consulting positions at organizations including Giffords Law Center for Gun Violence Prevention and Career Girls.

As a Human Rights major, my interests lie primarily in international humanitarianism, carceral studies, and the war on terror, often focusing on how gender, socioeconomics, and race shape global politics.
